We know how important it is for donors to feel welcomed, seen, and free from any sense of burden when sharing their plans for a future gift. After listening carefully to your feedback, our product team refreshed the copy on all Gift Intent pages to better reflect that.
New heading: "Let us know about your future gift" replaces the previous, narrower wording, making the page more inclusive of all gift types, not just wills and trusts.
Warmer tone throughout: the updated copy leads with appreciation and removes language that could feel heavy or intimidating for donors.
Reassurance retained: donors are still reminded they can update their plans at any time, since we know how much partners have valued that message.
These changes are live now and apply to all Gift Intent pages. No action is needed on your end.
