Stock partners: Having our stock resource integrated on your website is the key to having more donors access this tool! We also recommend removing your brokerage information off the website, and directing donors to the FreeWill site. Start the year off right — use this recommended language and see results!
One of the most exciting parts of working on the Partner Success Team is hearing about the incredible work our partners are doing. Strategists will frequently tell me about exciting initiatives happening at your organizations or share a short interaction with a partner that made them smile. And when I ask about their favorite part of the job, it's always the partnerships they are building with you and your organizations.
It goes without saying that this year, we've all faced new challenges. Staying distanced from our loved ones as an act of safety and kindness, shifting operations to account for remote working or increasing health precautions at onsite locations, embracing new forms of fundraising, all while remaining passionate and inspired by your missions.
When I look back on 2020, I will remember a lot of the challenges, but I will also remember the perseverance put forth by our partners, and the small joys you brought our team each and every day. Working with your organizations this year has been humbling, and I look forward to seeing what we can all accomplish in 2021.
