User Experience (UX) Stewardship Research Study
Stewarding planned gift donors is uniquely challenging. It requires long-term commitment, consistency, and an understanding that donors' plans can change throughout their lifetimes. Given these challenges, we're here to help you make the most of your FreeWill products and level up your stewardship strategy using FreeWill's Partner Portal.
Our UX team led a stewardship research study last year, conducting extensive interviews with FreeWill partners and end users of our products. We learned about which donors respond best to outreach, why some donors don’t respond, and what it means to donors to have an enduring impact. We also collected valuable data on how nonprofits scale their planned giving stewardship efforts as they grow.
