QCD donor conversations

Charitable gifts from Individual Retirement Accounts — known as qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) — are growing quickly, and with good reason: they may be the smartest way for donors age 70.5+ to give to charity. Many frontline gift officers are looking to build comfort and confidence talking about IRA giving with mature donors.

In this interactive workshop, we touched on how to introduce QCDs into donor conversations, develop your elevator speech, and practice key talking points. We also broke into groups for networking and idea sharing.
