Stewardship Workshop: Building relationships and retaining donors

Thanking your donor is the number #1 rule for relationship building. This is true whether the gift is small, major, or a planned gift committed as a bequest in a will. According to a study by Guidestar, donors who receive a thank-you note within 48-hours of making a gift are 4x more likely to give again.

 

FreeWill donors are no exception. Legacy giving is a way for donors to make a transformational impact on the causes they love. Acknowledging the enormity of that intention in a genuine way is something that we want to help you with.
