RLT Product Demo
Revocable Living Trusts (RLTs) have long been available to residents of California on the FreeWill platform. We're excited to share that RLTs are now an option for residents of all 50 states and the District of Columbia when using a partner's custom bequest product. This update benefits FreeWill's bequest and Planned Giving Suite partners who are eager to solicit and accept trust distributions from donors nationwide.
Note: Our public site (freewill.com) continues to facilitate the creation of RLTs for California residents only.
