Request your scheduled campaign copy directly in Portal, no strategist hand-off required.
Eligible partners can now submit requests for custom campaign email copy directly through Partner Portal, instead of emailing your strategist and waiting for them to submit it on your behalf. That means a faster path from request to delivery.
How it works:
If your account is eligible, you'll see a Content Request tile on your Portal homepage, right alongside your Content Drive link. The first time the form becomes available to you, we'll also send you an email letting you know.
- The form prefills with the specific campaigns you're currently eligible to request copy for, so it only works when you're logged in (it can't be shared or accessed through a direct email link).
- You can request copy for up to 3 unique audiences in the same submission.
- Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days. The form doesn't currently support expedited requests; if you need something faster, reach out to your strategist directly.
- This form is for FreeWill's scheduled campaigns only. Bespoke campaigns, launch campaigns, and faith toolkits still go through your strategist, as they do today.
- Each campaign has its own request deadline, so once that passes, it will no longer appear as an option in the form.
Who this is for:
This feature is available to partners whose contract includes custom email copy and who have already sent at least one standalone email campaign with FreeWill. Your account also needs to be in good standing, meaning your contract is current and not past renewal. If you're not sure whether your account qualifies, reach out to your Strategist or Partner Support.
