Your content drive folder is now just one click away from your Portal homepage.
You'll now begin seeing a direct link to your content folder right on your Portal homepage, making it even easier to access your materials in one place. Previously, this link lived in the Success Center, where it could be easy to miss. Surfacing it on your homepage means faster access to the materials your team relies on for donor outreach.
There's no change to content notifications. You'll continue to receive them by email, and they'll still include a link to your content folder.
As a reminder, you can download your content to make edits directly, or request edits from your strategist.
If you don't see the link, it likely means your content folder link hasn't been added to your account yet. Reach out to partnersupport@freewill.com and we'll help get that set up.
