Your quarterly performance report, built right into Partner Portal.
Your Performance Snapshot is a quarterly report now available directly in your FreeWill Partner Portal. It surfaces your key data in one place, automatically, every quarter.
Snapshots are generated within 5 business days of each quarter close for any partner who has received 5 or more gifts (Smart Giving Suite or Planned Giving Suite combined). Once you reach that threshold, you'll continue receiving quarterly Snapshots going forward. Reports currently show data from Q1 2026 forward.
Each Snapshot includes:
Partnership performance: your estate plans, planned gift commitments, and smart gift totals, including primary and contingent gift commitments, beneficiary designations, and gift intents.
Campaign summary: which channels (email, social, direct mail, and more) are driving the most visitors to your FreeWill tools, so you can focus your time where it matters most.
Donor demographics: who's in your pipeline, including donor age distribution, marital and family status, and your top states by bequest volume.
Who this is for:
Partners with 5+ gifts across the Smart Giving Suite and Planned Giving Suite are eligible to receive a Performance Snapshot. Not at 5 gifts yet? Talk to your Strategist who can help you explore ways to increase donor engagement and drive more gifts.
Your next steps:
- Watch the short video above for a tour of your new report.
- Go to Insights > Reports in Partner Portal to view your available Snapshots. From there you can view, download, or email them to yourself.
- Check that the right teammates are set up to receive the notification email. Snapshots are sent to ChurnZero contacts tagged "Performance Snapshot," so let your strategist know if you'd like to add or update who's tagged.
